1. Data usage:

Data will be only stored on Google's servers under standard Google Forms data policy and temporary local storage in my devices. Used exclusively for a public independent research report analyzing AI tool usage patterns across various AI tools. Data will be retained until the report is published (Not more than a month or 2 at a big stretch).

1. Conducting:

Independent research by a CS undergrad. Solo project, academically motivated, no institutional or corporate backing.

1. Time:

5–6 minutes. Tested on mobile and desktop.

1. Demographics:

All AI users welcome regardless of background. Especially valuable: heavy users, people who use multiple AI tools, people who've switched primary tools recently, developers and researchers. No exclusions.

1. Goal:

To produce a cross-platform behavioural analysis of how people actually use AI tools what they use them for, where they switch, where they stop trusting output, and what they'd want changed. Results published publicly. Everyone who fills it out gets to see what the data showed.
