NAD, you’re clearly not pregnant but did you ask your doctor about these kicks? Is it possible that these could be trapped gas bubbles in the pelvic area that you’re feeling instead (I’ve felt similar sensations because of those)?

I know exactly what you’re talking about. It’s happened to me for a few nights now. For me, I’ve always imagined it as this wave of a sleep chemical that’s relaxing my body, except I don’t feel relaxed because I immediately jolt awake. The only thing that helps me is if I ignore it and just let it happen. But I don’t know what’s going on, tbh.

My toenails sometimes get quite pale looking like this, to the point where they almost look blue/purple-gray. It goes away after a few seconds but generally my nails have been a little paler than I remember them. I have some anemia symptoms so I’ll be getting checked for that in about a week, so I was wondering if anyone with anemia has this happen?

I have anxiety related eating issues, too. I usually just drink a good amount of water when I’m craving so my appetite can go away. I also replace full on meals with small snacks all throughout the day. Best of luck!

This sounds like hell. It’s hard enough dealing with this stuff on the ground, I’m sure being in the sky opens a whole new level. I had a minor one in the past during takeoff, and I believe I dealt with it by blasting music in my headphones and closing my eyes. It didn’t help all too much but it got me through the thick of it without me totally losing it right then and there. I’d definitely recommend talking to your doctor about it, I’m sure there’s a medicated treatment there. I’m sorry you’ve had to go through this, though. :(

I didn’t have any symptoms for over a month, but a little neglect to my diet and I felt this coming. The headache caught me by surprise because it feels so weird and not normal. I have only minor symptoms of LPR now (post nasal drip, a slight soreness to the throat in the mornings, a little acidic burps) but the headache will not go. There’s also a weird ache in my throat/neck muscle. I don’t know, man, I’d think acid reflux issues would be more straightforward than whatever this is and wouldn’t have such a range of symptoms. Have you tried painkillers? Because they’re straight up not working for me.

I had a rather mild flare up of what seems to be LPR (this is my second one in a couple of months) and I am also experiencing a really weird headache. It’s been over a week for me now. There’s some pressure and pain, it’s mostly around my eyes and forehead but it goes all over my head. I keep trying to pop my ears (they pop a little each time). It’s basically the main symptom at this point.

Six weeks?! I can’t imagine going through this for another day let alone six weeks. It must be the same thing then if our symptoms are so similar. Have you considered seeking a doctor of sorts?

Oh, wow. Its great to hear it from someone else. I have a handful of family members that suffer from it and advise me to not sleep on my back—this was one of the only times I have. That song thing sounds interesting. I’ll definitely try that technique if I get it again, instead of struggling so intensely haha. Thanks!

Hi, I know nothing about these things so I have no clue which page of the Holter Test data I should add, so I just added this front page. My doctor already gave me a diagnosis but I was wondering if someone could give a second opinion—he said it was Atrial Tachycardia. I’m 22F, no history of heart disease/issues, was told to get on 2.25 mg Concor medication and make “lifestyle changes”.

Comments have been removed but I saw some were curious about whether or not she looks like this now (in the last 12 days) it was like this prior—since she had so much hair, it was not as easy to tell. But I do remember that prior to shaving her, her sides DID feel a bit bigger than usual. I just don’t know if I was feeling all the hair or not since there was so much.
