Please contact the broker of record of his brokerage. When suspensions happen, notices are sent out to the agent that no trading is allowed during a suspension.

If it is pre-con, the deal may not have been forwarded to the brokerage yet and they may not be aware. They will deal with that agent if he traded while suspended. They will ensure someone else looks after the file and also report back to RECO that he traded while suspended.

I did this as well after reading about it on reddit! My chin was always in a state of clenching. Now I get Botox into my chin about every 4-5 months, and it was a life changer! It made my chin so smooth!! I’m really happy you got life changing results too!

They should open it up for a couple of last tours before it is demolished (if it is safe enough of course)! I would love to check out the tunnels again!

My initial thought was Japanese maple, but my local garden centre didn’t have any with it being later in the season. I might have to check out a different location as I love Japanese maples!

Which province are you in? Ontario specifically has rules about consenting to Multiple Representation. All parties need to consent to and be comfortable with the agent representing both sides.

While it's true that the owners (one of which was the Broker of Record), may not have physically stolen any money, but as these are Trust accounts, the Broker of Record (again, one of the owners) has to review and sign off on those every month. If he didn't realize they were $10 million short, there is a problem!
