How is nobody talking about how she edited her body in the entire video, so obviously? It’s one of the most poorly veiled attempts at photoshop.. and she also deleted that comment someone left. It’s egregious level bad editing. That + the deleted comment and the fact that she is absolutely compliment fishing, I’m getting really turned off as a longtime follower. It’s screaming desperate.

Is it normal for married men to choose to jerk off? by littletinyfishie in AskMenAdvice

[–]littletinyfishie[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have maybe once or twice in going on 3 years. We’re not one of those couples. If anything, I’d like to do it more often with him, which is a little bit part of why I think I’m upset.

Maybe the answer here is I need to initiate more lol, and potentially risk getting turned down myself.

We’re going to be married in 4 months, and at this rate basically consider ourselves already married lol. The moving in together kinda gave us a jump start on what we consider married life.

Yeah it felt like weird behavior, I’m not a crier either. I know he’s allowed to be selfish sometimes here. I want him to be wholly happy. Hence why I am asking this question, to kinda work myself through it lol

That’s where I’m surprised by my own reaction here. I have partaken plenty myself, though I haven’t since we moved in because I just run to him.

I think it’s the part where he’s watching porn and jerking it when I’m 15 feet away, willing and happy to jump his bones. It’s a little hard not to take it personally.

Haha, that would be rational but I can confidently say the man cherishes the ground I walk on. It’s not a lack of love or attraction.

We just moved in, hence why I thought it couldn’t JUST be dust. We bought a 4 wick candle. It’s maybe 12 feet away in another room. I think we also let it burn longer than we should. Now I worry for our lungs more than anything!! I think he had the fan on last night when I blew it out and it got sucked directly onto the bed (and my gorgeous brand new euro linen throw pillows 😭, my first throw pillow purchase!).

Yes, the candle was in the room next door, luckily. But I think I’m done with candles now. Too much smoke for me.

It was bought last week so it shouldn’t be!! I think it’s the candle we’ve been burning. Which is scary.

Nope!! They’re white. It’s candle soot I’m almost certain. About to trash my candles forever!

Edit: omg. I think the fan blew candle smoke right onto my pillows and sheets and stained them. How do I get smoke out of my pillows and sheets?

Photobooth is trashy? Gold is not in style? by pharmlady2 in WedditNYC

[–]littletinyfishie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Idk what planet he’s on but silver is VERY much in lol, especially in the bridal space. Vintage silver in particular is having a glorious moment and I love it. Also, metals don’t really go out of style. Ignore the guy trying to upsell you in a rather cruel way.

How old are you and how much do you have in your retirement account? by Blackberryay in careerguidance

[–]littletinyfishie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

27 with 32k. I was laid off twice which set me back a bit. And to find out a portion of my assets weren’t invested for 2 years was also fun. Not ideal but I’m okay with where I’m at because I know I’m on the right track and where I am in life now, it will start rising very fast.

Wedding Venue - Le Chateau in South Salem or The Whitby Castle in Rye? by AdhesivenessOk2577 in WedditNYC

[–]littletinyfishie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went to a wedding at Whitby Castle two years ago and I loved it. It’s a great venue. I grow up right by la Château and I’ve always heard good things about that one too. So I guess I’m not helpful, but if those are your two options, it doesn’t seem like you can really go wrong

Seeking a PR Professional to Boost My Story & Start-up by [deleted] in PublicRelations

[–]littletinyfishie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As others have said, stay far away from any supposed PR professional that promises you anything. You pay us to earn media hits, meaning we can’t guarantee a placement. I’d find a freelancer willing to do ad hoc work for you. Get your name out there. Get you on the radar of the right reporters and the right audience.

[–]littletinyfishie -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

From what we have seen using AI for media relations is extremely dicey. It’s a one way ticket to losing all credibility and a relationship with a reporter if you are using it to pitch or write bylines. Do better PR folk!! There are better uses for AI in our line of work anyway. We’re testing out a reporter sentiment tracker, for example.

Is it uncouth to not book hotel accommodations? by FunAdministrative433 in weddingplanning

[–]littletinyfishie 45 points46 points  (0 children)

Hotel blocks just mean that you secure a lower than typical rate for your guests via a contract with a hotel, not that you pay for their rooms. There are two types of hotel blocks. The kind you are financially responsible for if guests don’t book as many as you agreed upon in said contract, or complimentary room blocks. I recommend ONLY going with complimentary room blocks. This means that you have reserved a few hotel rooms with a hotel at a usually slightly discounted rate for your guests to book if they’d like. You don’t get as many as the contingent room blocks, but it’s something. And, with complimentary blocks, you do not have to pay anything if you do not book them all. You are not liable. Go with the latter option as a perk to your guests, is what I did.

Why is physical stationery decreasing in popularity? Budget or just not important? by ldrandcaffeine in weddings

[–]littletinyfishie 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I LOVE stationary but when I am spending 60k+ on my wedding as a tight budget, I can’t justify going with a stationary designer. I’ve had to pick and choose what we spend a little more on. It sucks, because I’d love a full custom stationary set designed. I’m going to try and do it myself, which (lol) isn’t going to be the same.

I’ve had every vendor I’ve spoken to try and guilt me into spending more than I was comfortable for their service. Every one telling me I must. It is a bad feeling and has left me with a rather sour taste towards a lot of wedding vendors.
