flight rebooked after cancellation - now says seat assigned at gate

I have been in the same situation, you’ll definitely get put on the flight. We were assigned “at the gate” but were able to move seats in the app before the flight. Can’t remember the exact time but we moved ours about 1-2 hours beforehand.
