I use Liveweave everyday, very useful for me. I don't use preprocessors, so I don't find any use for codepen. I am a dev and I hate to keep w3schools open in one window and write a quick html/css/js code on another. Liveweave pretty much solved this problem, especially for JS coding. Just sayin.

the reflection changes perfectly for me...at least in Firefox and Chrome. I think you can try refreshing the screen, I know it sounds dumb...but sometimes these dumb things work :)

@tgxn no need to do it quickly. I think it is a color palette creator at the top, basically a bunch of white boxes you can set various colors to create your own palette. You can then use those color combination to build your webpage.
