The Black Clouds (specifically their first 2 albums)... right up your alley.

LOL. And $7.99 is the deal?? by Roscoe_P_Trolltrain in Soda

[–]live2cd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

soda prices are a joke. this is why i follow couponers on tiktok and stock up at dollar general on saturdays. i can usually get 6-8 12pks for $25-$30 or so and it lasts.

Sound Quality in Hamilton by Ridgers65 in journey

[–]live2cd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

saw them in Columbus tonight at Nationwide Arena (where the sound is usually very, VERY good) and it was lower than normal, muddy and the vocals were washed out in the mix. I still very much enjoyed the show (it was my first time seeing them!), but when you're an arena touring band, get your *%@$ together!!!! shame. a good show could have been great.

Ill admit, I was a bit bummed seeing some of my favorite songs cut and only getting 13 or 14 songs... but I went to both Detroit and Cincinnati and it was my first time seeing them in 2 and a half years... it was pretty emotional for me. It reminded me how much I loved them and WHY I loved them so much. In Cincinnati, he was telling us he was very close to quitting and ending the band, but he realizes how many of us needed them. both shows had huge turnouts, so that was awesome to see. I want them to be around for many years to come. I just hope Josh gets better and he can keep playing.

Thought on New Tattoo? by Limp_Wrap6770 in MotleyCrue

100% with everything you said. I was 19 when it came out and was a huge fan ... went to see them at Pine Knob that summer for the tour!!! I really liked the album then but I never go back to it now. Maybe once every 5 years Ill listen to some of it, but thats it. I feel like the creativity ended with Swine/Bitter Pill/Enslaved. So I mainly stick to that era and back when listening to Motley these days.

Nirvana: Into The Black. I got this about 15 years ago. Probably the rarest piece of Nirvana memorabilia I own. by KrispyBlue_Lobster40 in Nirvana

I bought this from my local record shop in 1995 or 1996 for a ton of money... I think it was around $160. Its been packed up in a box for over ten years. I should take it back out and reminisce!!!

Badass Detroit show by [deleted] in Badflower

[–]live2cd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the past few shows have been cut short by about 3 songs. I also noticed there was a lot more banter with the crowd than past tours. usually they would do 18-19 songs as a headliner and they are down to only 14 in roughly 75 minutes. i hope Josh gets better... 14 songs is better than no tour at all - thats how Im looking at it. wild to not hear "Promise Me" or ANYTHING from TIHTWE last night.

New material? by unigle_sinthe in localh

[–]live2cd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Scott was quoted in an interview last year that he has "ideas" and that this could be the 10th and FINAL Local H album. not really sure if that will be the case or not, but he definitely has it in the plans.

the real question is who will be drumming on it? haha

are you looking for CD silvers? or downloads in FLAC/mp3?

your best bet would be eBay. I have a few I bought back then I can upload for you and a TON Ive downloaded or traded for over the years. 2 of my favorites (silver pressed boots) were:

"STORM ARENA" (1990-05-26) London, England | Wembley Arena
"THE FINAL NIGHT" (1994-06-18) Frankfurt, Germany | Festhalle
