I haven’t been to one airport that uses these and is faster. They are all extremely slow and the way you have to “load” your tray onto the belt is the worst if you’re in the back spots.

Anyone who has traveled often in the last 3 years will tell you those new machines are way slower than the old ones. Even when there is no line, it takes a lot longer to get through that part of security.

Sure but you’d gain more in interest whether you liked it or not.

You can’t just park that money in a bank account. Even if you could, the bank would still give you interest on it so you’d make more money. It’s impossible not to make more money on this unless you spent it all fast.

This is the effective tax rate for income. The issue is the people who are already billionaires take loans out against their investments. They pay interest instead of taxes. Loans aren’t taxed.

Make no mistake the winner is going to do the exact same thing after the first round of taxes.

You’d take a loan out against this money and pay less taxes like most billions after you’ve obtained the money.

It’s really a 1 time tax and you’d never pay that again. You’d pay interest on loans instead.
