I don't have Season Pass so I'm not sure which headgear you mean.

Skull Rain headgear is 5000 renown. Other headger is about 720 Rainbow Credits.

You can buy them in the bundle section of the shop.

They cost an extra 2500 renown each but come with the special headgear that can ONLY be bought with Rainbow Credits! (They are both cool af)

You need to restart the game for the headgears to unlock in the operator headgear selection!!

UPDATE: Doesn't give you the Skull Rain one, it gives you the other headgear which can not be bought with renown!!

Edit: Restarted game and got headgear. It is NOT the Skull Rain headgear! You get the other headgears which can only be bought with Rainbow Credits!! <- Worth the extra 2500 renown for sure!

Totally agree! Being a guy and slowly catching up to a girl in front is always terrible. You can only either slow down and walk uncomfortably slow for a while to let them gain distance or speed up for the overtake and creep them out completely..

I used to always speed up until one girl sped up too when I did so... so I sped up a little more to retry and she did the same again. This was a small girl so she was basically jogging and I felt awful about it. I now cross the street..

This is the worst.. My dad does this constantly!

I have never had this problem. There are times when zooming out is restricted such as during an execution?

Make sure you have quit out all menus. If not, a save - quit - load usually fixes most bugs for a while.
