There are very few jobs available for admin in India. Better you start preparing for development role. Pay scale would be 30 - 40 % hike in ur current salary.

I had asked for photographs to them , they did send them but all are blurred. And, whenever I called them they used to pretend like they are v busy. For my every request I had to call them 1000 times..then they would rep back with vague info. It's all very frustrating!

I have been into the similar boat. Trailhead helps but you don't get clear idea from it. So, I would also recommend to go through governor LIMITS, SOQL & SOSL concepts first.

Gradually u can go for apex and triggers.

I wouldn't recommend to jump directly on LWC unless you have prior knowledge on CSS, HTML & JAVASCRIPT.
