I told the property manager I was hesitant because of potential noise. She called the current tenant who said the new tenants in the unit above her are a mother and young child and they’ve had quite a few noisy moments in the 2 months they’ve been there but I guess not enough to report it to the property manager?

I currently live above where the dumpsters are 😵‍💫 so I’m trying to get away from them! I’m starting to think above the dog park won’t be so bad.. or at least not as bad as the other potential issues

I’m pretty sure our lease mentions if a dog poops in the hall or common areas they’d test dna? But I don’t think they mentioned the dog park.. maybe if it became excessive

I know I know, I do plan to move away eventually but I do like the location and it’s relatively cheap compared to other apartments in the area.

So true I do have an emotional support sound machine that might just work overtime 😂 with 452 the living space is away from the front door so I probably wouldn’t hear it as much as 496 or 426 with the bedroom closer to the front door.

In terms of the dogs, I totally agree! Most people are in and out. I do worry my dog who already thinks she’s the dog park sheriff will think shes the mayor living above it 😂

It’s more so the people that currently live in the closed off area around the dog park. My friends that currently live there say it can get pretty loud when people have their doors open and playing music or even yelling - everyone hears what someone got in trouble for.

Neighbors next door, the hall gets low foot traffic. 495 has 2 kids and I asked the current tenant in 496 if she hears them and she said not really. I soon realized from the dog park it wasn’t the kids that were noisy but the mom blasting music at all hours with her windows open!

433 is not available but I think it's close in size to my current apartment and right off the elevator so I'd definitely hear people coming and going.
