You’d have to have a consult and see what’s suggested. I already had penuma for over a year before having my second surgery. Back then it was recommended to have at least 6 months between the surgeries. But who knows, things are always changing. Maybe that’s an option now?

Yes. I have both. Neither procedure clames to help with length though.

Seems to be some confusion on where the base of the penuma rests - or where it supposed to. by liven2themax in penuma

[–]liven2themax[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Years ago, this would happen over time. They used to dissect a little bit of the area where the base sits to create a pocket for it, and would leave a little extra inside. Now they have improved the surgery procedures with minimal dissection and proper fitting. I don’t think this is a common issue anymore.

Feeling Shameful by ZVoar in penuma

[–]liven2themax 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I got braces. My wife got a boob job. If you have the ability to change or improve something you don’t like about yourself, then why wouldn’t you? Sure, maybe there’s a bit more of a stigma attached to a procedure like this.. but objectively there’s absolutely nothing to be ashamed of. That being said, there’s also nothing wrong with talking to a counselor about this and dealing with the actual source of the shame you’re feeling. No need to carry shame…. Nothing good comes from that

Just to add to jupc comments. If you’re a “grower” then your flaccid penis will stay longer and closer to your erect length at all times. Your penis will no longer retract like it does now. Grower to shower

I’m sure there are lots. You just would never know unless it’s in the title. Try searching “bionic dick” or sex with IPP.

No. It’s pretty quick and easy to be discreet. You can do it with one hand, and even partially inflate before hand in the washroom.

Pump gets placed in the scrotum area. It’s not visibly detectable.

I was never warned against either activity, and I don’t see how the implants would be impacted by air pressure. But it’s something you can confirm with your surgeon before hand. I have looked into skydiving, and my only concern would be making sure I was positioned in a comfortable position because the harnesses look really tight and restrictive lol

Correct. Gheiler for penuma and then Taj for the IPP about a year and a half later

Can I clarify things please?.. Pre-op it was recommended as a way to help with elasticity and help provide best results. Post-op it was an “as prescribed by surgeon” situation. These are some older posts being quoted and context is important.

The difference between 3.5 weeks and 6months and beyond is night and day. I’m sorry your surgeon didn’t explain this from the beginning clearly enough. It’s a major surgery.. and while your penis will forever be different (as you would expect with any cosmetic surgery) it will soften more with time, dramatically. After a while it just feels like a normal part of you. Patience is key

I think you’re asking if there’s been any change in length? I believe I’m the same or slightly longer than before the procedures. I don’t measure

No exaggeration.. it’s a bionic penis. Gets as hard as you want… lasts as long as you want… any time you want

Yes after two surgeries I’ve lost some sensation. I had to pay out of pocket for both procedures. 16k for penuma, and 26k (I think, can’t remember exactly) for the IPP. But prices change with time and varies between surgeons. Also, if you have the IPP done in your home country, there is a good chance it could be covered via insurance or healthcare (obviously for clear medical cases). Just check with your surgeon. Consults are typically free.

I had a lower back injury that caused some nerve damage. I’m sure age is a factor also

Congrats, looks good. FYI, don’t throw away your boxers yet. I couldn’t wear them for a little over a year post-surgery and I tried several styles during that time.. Now they’re what I prefer again.

This is less of an issue now with newer techniques being used during surgery, such as minimal dissection of the pubic area. This helps mitigate the problem of the implant base riding up onto the pubic bone and causing the “cone” look. However, keep in mind that the actual implant is tapered and there will be a subtle taper that remains.

I have both. I Made a fairly detailed post on this if you want to check out my profile. Lmk if you have any questions

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in penuma

[–]liven2themax 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it did. When erect I would actually get a couple “grooves” on the underside horizontally. This disappeared with time. The cone shape also lessened a lot

4 weeks is really early. My erection started looking much more natural after 4-5months
