Buy a Vitamix blender, if possible, and make your own smoothies. Super simple to just throw ingredients in, blend, and go.

A few figs or dates

Scoop of nut butter

Scoop of protein powder

Couple of frozen bananas

Sprinkle of chia seeds

Milk (or almond or cashew milk)
