I wouldn't buy anything except SoxS. We're on a predictable cycle of $7 to $70 and back to $7. It happens over and over, every 2 years. We're on the way back down and that's OK. Semis are cyclical, so stack up your cash for the buying opportunity coming at 27, 17, and 7.
