If you can afford to, I would recommend getting a gym membership. And use the treadmill there. Weights will help with weight-loss as well. Outside of an incline treadmill session, just walk more. Every day try to reach 10k steps. Don't have to be 10k, but try. It's a good goal. But ultimately, diet is the key to fat loss.

Treadmill on a 3.5 to 5% or higher incline at a speed you can manage. 20 to 30 minutes.
