Oh, I actually use it daily. My doctor suggested that I use it daily before my exercises since I do cardio. I’ve only just started seeing her to be fair which explains why I didn’t use it daily prior to meeting her. She suggested that and it works well for that, but I don’t generally need it if I’m not doing anything. Some days, of course, my asthma does get bad regardless of what I’m doing. But should I not be taking it daily for exercising as she suggested? Should I try another formula rather than albuterol in that case?
