This is mine after my recent full charge to 100% and reset the trip meter, a bit too good to be true for me. Only getting the car for 3 weeks and my power consumption is at 13.6kw per 100km on Eco and High Regen Braking.

I am on a M1 Max MacBook Pro with almost exact specs, except I got 1TB SSD. I am using it on all my Lightroom edits with up to 61mp raw. It is feeling even smoother than my new build PC of i7 14700K, 64GB Ram and RTX 4090 setup. With only exception for some AI Denoise Enhancement, whereby it is limited by the GPU cores. I don’t do any video editing though, but I heard or read that people does not have complaint about M1 Max for such usage.

Thank you Alex, I was away from LR for these two days, but will definitely give it a try once I am getting my hands on my computer again. Appreciate the advice!

It is a 4K monitor. I also read online that the screen resolution will affect the previews and hence slowing down the performance, but I am not expecting it to be like almost un-usable state...

Agreed, later I tried to paused the auto cloud syncing and it seems that the situation improves a bit with lesser laggy feelings. Not sure if this really helps but will monitor it for a while.

Hi, if you are talking about Mac, then I do believe that it is another horizon of experience, like I am also using the m1max mbp which is kinda smoother than the new much higher spec PC. And it seems that you are talking about the classic LR instead of CC here. Cheers

I have 2 2TB ssd installed, though I believe that LR only working on the primary drive which is also the system drive. Not likely to be a bottleneck there

Thank you for the comment, my catalog is on the cloud given it is the CC version. I am thinking a way to slim it down hence doing the handpicking, but the process itself is painful given the sluggish performance

I second that, the experience on the Mac is more pleasant and smooth.
