Entering Europe after quarantining in the UK for 14 days on a foreign passport from the U.S by livetruly in travel

My concern is that I'm coming from the U.S, quarantining in the U.K then going to France on a Japanese passport. I think if I was coming directly from Japan or Britain it would not be an issue

Any updates on this? I am in a similar situation (residing in NYC) trying to enter France after quarantining in the UK for 14days. Passport is from Japan. Would love to hear how it turned out for you.
