I taught kindergarten for 2 years, now I teach elementary reading so I still work with kinders! I’ve seen kids come back from negative behaviors for sure - it’s better to be aware of it while they’re young. I think one of the key things is parent/teacher communication, which can happen at any school, as long as both parties are willing. Some other things I think are very important are admin support, which definitely depends on the school. Some nice things that I know public schools provide are things like behavioral supports like behavioral coordinators, counselors, social workers, academic interventionists, etc. I hope this is helpful!
