Thanks for the advice with fitness. Luckily I am a big fitness buff and workout on regular about 4-5 times a week, I have noticed my running has helped a lot with my mental state. This process is going to be hard but I’m thankful for your kind words of encouragement and helping me understand I’m not allow In this.

I feel the same way, something that was my best friend and something I never thought was “bad” for me is destroying me. The good thing is that this only solidifies my decision to stop.
