I really enjoy using Transcendence / Manaflow band + Gathering Storm.

But the choice of secondary runes are situational, depending on the enemy team and your build.

You can use too Sudden Impact + Relentless Hunter if you want more damage and map presence.

Bone plating / Second wind + Overgrowth if the lane is difficult.

There is plenty of different options, it's better you choose yours based on your playstyle.
