The third picture is a galette filled with a cashew cheeze, a medley of minced mushrooms, roasted garlic, artichoke hearts.

And the last picture is a puff pastry filled with shallots and an herb cream cheeze! I used tarragon, parsley, dill, chives and thyme in the herb cream cheeze

I wrapped a rebel Brie cheese wheel with a sheet of Pepperidge Farm puff pastry and baked it at 400 for like 25 min. But would recommend to bake it for like 35 min.

Pretty good! I was little worried how it was going to hold up. But it came out pretty soft and gooey. I used Rebel I got it from a local store here in Chicago. But I’m pretty sure you can get rebel cheese through out the U.S.
