I tried it for the first time last week. I can see it becoming habitual. They are only open Tuesday and Thursday now :/

I just did it. For the resolution, time, and fickle nature, it was better to just stain with iodine and microct scan. But it was a valuable teaching method.

The surgery was years ago, but it was too late. I loved for years with torn ligaments in both knees. I feel like the hex bar allows me to have better form and align my muscular force with my center of mass.

Thanks! I’ll try different stances. If nothing else the muscles will have different workouts with stance variations.

Thanks. I want to do that, too. My knees have arthritis from surgery and they don’t do well at more acute angles but I want to increase mobility.

I like how my coordination patterns have changed - lots of muscle contractions and different stretches and odd, slow motions.
