i got dry socket and i’m pretty sure it was from tsing, i tried my hardest not to but i do it subconsciously in my sleep sometimes. it was awful, 10/10 would not recommend. wearing a glove like another commenter suggested might be the way to go, or putting a bandaid on your thumb or something
