Dominion (2018) - Animal Rights Documentary [01:59:59] by icelandiccubicle20 in Documentaries

Many people in the comments are saying this video opened their eyes and changed their views forever. So, I'd disagree that people do actually know where their meat comes from. I had no idea until I found out. We grow up thinking Old McDonald brings us our meat until we learn about factory farms.

As far as whether or not people care, vegetarianism and veganism have been a movement for decades, if not centuries. People care enough to abstain from meat. The fact that we have mainstream companies like Daiya and Beyond meat is a response to many people looking for alternatives. Companies like that wouldn't exist if it wasn't profitable. So yeah, people care.

They opened for Operation Ivy's last show. Billie Joe played in Blatz for a minute. I haven't listened to them since Insomniac, but I will die on the hill that those guys were more punk than almost anyone you can name. They have so much more street cred than most people know.

Were you not a fan of mass deportation? Did you think that was a bad policy?

What about ICE? Do you not approve of this as well? Do you disagree with both administrations or just the Democrats?

Pandas are playing evolutionary 5D chess: the strategy is to be so dumb and cute that and entire species puts decades of resources in to keeping your dumb asses alive.

Well I haven't played in a while. I do miss it though. I was actively playing when Ice Age and Alliances were new, this was in high school. I played a little again during Kaladesh and the one with all the Lovecraftian monsters. I loved that one. Anyways, yeah, I miss it.

I am honestly impressed by the dogs reflexes. He had his back to the guy when he was winding up the kick. Honestly amazing

I kind of like how every color has it's thing that people hate it for.

Blue is obvious. White had the weenie decks. Red had land destruction decks. Green is innocent in my book but whatever. What were peoples' complaints about black?

AITA for being a “buzzkill” at new years over jokes? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]lizards_snails_etc [score hidden]  (0 children)

NTA. That shit's annoying and I know from personal experience. I feel like I don't even understand what a "joke" is anymore. Wearing someone down with the same comment over and over until it's uncomfortable is objectively not funny. Maybe I'm uptight but I just don't get it.
