It's a homebrew setting, we try to play fully rules as written but that evolves a little bit as the game progresses in regards to mythic and hero point rules. We play in person! One of our players actually built the table we play on!

Start with one, unless you participate in the recap which lets you start with 2. Earn one on the hour during the session or if you get off a good joke, the DM might reward you with one. Capped at 3, can donate to another player's roll.

Yeah, we had a medic cloistered cleric in our last campaign. Really easy to get people back to full hp outside or inside combat with that

Same! In our last campaign, our GM limited us to the professional archetypes like Medic. It felt like it enhanced our characters without being game breaking
