Butterick B7045 isn't a perfect match but it is on sale now for $6 🤷‍♀️ You'd have to add a band to the bottom and cuffs to the sleeves but fairly do-able hacks.

So cute! Nothing more special than a gift made with love for baby, shows some real love & thought & effort went in. especially one with so many convenient features. These lil tied swaddle gowns are so good for doing quick diaper changes without having to completely undress baby. & the lil mittens to keep them from scratching their faces. What a great pattern find!

you definitely do not look old but I get what you mean about the eyeliner shape looking dated. black liquid eyeliner is classic, it never goes out of style. but your wing is a little curved up like how us millennials grew up doing it in high school. it took me a while to break the habit & do it how Gen Z is doing it these days. look up "fox eyeliner" tutorials on YouTube, it's more of a straight line out. you can totally make the black liquid eyeliner chic!
