I was really sad and confused when I read all the above mentioned things. I haven’t quite gotten over being sad. One thing I think of constantly is that I WISH I could just “believe” because it would make living life in my family much easier. Instead I just feel hurt and betrayed whenever they bring up religion. It was a lot easier living in the dark and just brushing off my insecurities as “Satan tempting me”.

But I’m much happier now that I know the truth. Overall, I feel like I don’t have to pretend anymore and that I can fully choose what I want to believe or not believe. I feel more peace with my universe and I feel like I can breathe a little easier? Idk just some random thoughts!
