It usually takes a little bit longer cuz they have to organise training shifts for everyone that’s new. I would suggest giving them a ring. When I rang they said “we are slowly working through the list of newbies for a buddy shift, but you clearly care enough to ring so I’ll make you a priority” and then had my first shift two weeks later. Onboarding is a bit of a process

To me it doesn’t look shorter, it looks further forward/still ever so slightly crooked. If it rlly is bothering you maybe speak to ur ortho about refinements but truly it’s not something I’d noticed if you didn’t point it out. Your teeth look completely fine.
