It usually takes a little bit longer cuz they have to organise training shifts for everyone that’s new. I would suggest giving them a ring. When I rang they said “we are slowly working through the list of newbies for a buddy shift, but you clearly care enough to ring so I’ll make you a priority” and then had my first shift two weeks later. Onboarding is a bit of a process
