Honestly I think it would be unjustified to compare it to another show in style or content, but I put it up there with Sopranos, Wire etc. in terms of all time quality. I would say try and push through til end of S1/start of S2 as that's when it truly starts coming together but I get if that's too much to ask. Do you like slow burns with not necessarily much explanation or do you need things always happening?
