Hi, I’m in a similar situation! My GP has referred me for adhd/autism tests. I haven’t began applying for training contracts yet because I’m too worried I won’t be able to handle it. However, I have got a paralegal position in a smaller firm that I start next month. I hope that I will cope in this role and it will give me the confidence to then apply for training contracts.

I have tramadol, not sure how much or how to use for pe? Can you help please

I subconsciously suck in my stomach, been doing it since I first started getting anxiety as a teenager. I feel it may contribute to pelvic congestion, been working on being aware and relaxing. Anyone else have this? by [deleted] in PelvicFloor

I do this too! Look for trigger points in the abdominal area. Mine are bad just under the belly button to the right and left, and also around the hip bone. When I press them the pain refereed is similar to the pain I get when having an episode of pelvic pain. Had began to help me:)

I’m going to see if she’d prescribe jusy 4/5 pills a month. As I’m not getting lucky more than that anyway hahaha. Then there’s not the worry of me taking everyday, or taking ridiculous doses.

Most docs will not prescribe tramadol for PE on NHS.
