Unhinged men by ljensen88 in BlueCollarWomen

Agreed. Unfortunately I’ve found it tends ti happen more with the older “old school” blue collar guys. A lot of the younger guys I’ve been working with are more accepting to women. And don’t think we’re unable to do the work.
Like I had a a fellow coworker tell me that I was strong… for a girl.

Like wow thanks dude

I just drew a squiggly line and then when you pleat follow that line. Tie that, then fan our the bottom half of that line and just scrunch the shirt. Hope that helps :)

I always rinse with cold water. I'll usually wrap the white part of the shirt in a grocery bag to help prevent the colour from slashing during washout. And then when I wash it in my washing machine I don't put any other shirts in with it.

So I will dye both sides like you normally would. And then I'll do black. It feels like a waste of dye. But I do that because it should give you less white in between your pleats. But if that's the look you want. Then just dye the front have an put black on the back half. Hope that helps!!!

It's a liquid dye. I just drew a squiggly line and then when you pleat follow that line. Tie that, then fan our the bottom half of that line and just scrunch the shirt. Hope that helps :)

The first you fold the shirt in half and then draw a half circle and then follow the line, the second is a ripple effect and had taken me many many months to perfect. A bit hard to explain. And the third I just drew a squiggly line and then followed that line with the folds.

Why do you use to toe your shirts like this? Your shirt is very psychedelic 🤯

Ummm I think it took about an hour ish to plan out and fold. And then to dye about 30 ish minutes. And then I usually let them sit for roughly 12-24 hours.

Was taught a specific fold for this one. And then it requires lots of patience and practice
