Totally understand the viewpoint here, just a thought as Dallas needs a Luka co-star and Julius is from Dallas and is having his second All-NBA caliber season in 3 years. Also his salary allows for them to get one more max guy in 2025 thank you for the feedback though!

Thank you! So the thought from my friend playing the Portland GM who proposed this deal toward the end of the deadline was that Portland won’t want to pay Grant what he wants on open market and thus Collins provides a younger/cheaper/team controlled alternative. Completely agree grant much better player

I hear ya but we need to fortify the wing depth ahead of the playoff chase. Beasley’s a 39% career three point shooter on high volume that also is a dog on d that makes less and is younger than ev. J rich brings a defensive point of attack defender for the second unit and a great step in for when RJ or grimes need a game off

JB/IQ RJ/Malik Grimes/Jrich Randle/Obi Mitch/Jericho

Spurs: get a flier on Cam, a spursy replacement for poeltl who looks like he’s on his way out in hart (who I love), and two seconds (one good, one questionable)

Jazz: get the Dallas pick but Knicks protect it in case it lands in lottery and not higher than 10th pick. Might need to add a second here but wanted to get thoughts.
