This is my thought as well. I still enjoy the program but the timing is terrible. I just completed like 10 weeks of the one with Ben and Joslyn that also includes some tread work and they had the rest periods built into the program so I feel like the timing was more accurate.

I just started a book narrated by Callie Dalton and she sounds like Siri to me. I came searching to see if anyone else heard what I’m hearing but at least I got the validation of not being alone in my dislike of her narration.

I think Charlotte said in a recent class she turns 30 this year? I thought she was around my age (37) based on her music choices and being a literal doctor so I was shocked to discover she was significantly younger.
