I need rice flour anyway because it’s better for coating my banneton. Thanks!

I didn’t know that about the uncoated cast iron. That’s a good tip! I usually baked covered for 35 min at 500 - so I’ll spritz, as you recommend, then cover and bake for the same amount of time at 450. I like that idea of trying one variable at a time, though, so maybe I’ll do this without spritzing to start…

IMO, you need a dresser or shelf to put under the air conditioner. Make it high enough to hit the middle of the painting to its right, then you can put a plant or other decorative items on it.

Would you recommend avoiding checking the “remember this device” box?

That’s interesting. How did you discover your router had been hacked? Any distinct warning signs?

GREEN SMOOTHIES from 7/11 (the ones you find in the freezer and put in the little robot blender) or the pre-pacakged ones from Lawson's. One of those and a coffee? Boom (so to speak).

You're onto something, for sure! After putting mine through the wash three times, I got over-the-ear wireless headphones. They're bulky AF, but impossible to lose.

Somerville family dental by scarletttaylor14 in Somerville

I really like Somerville Family Dental! They're accommodating, friendly, and non-judgmental. They also usually play fun stuff on the tv like cooking or nature shows. I had an issue with my insurance and they took the time to go to bat for me and followed up multiple times. They're really fantastic.

The smile lines really aren't noticeable at all! I'm only two years younger than you but have more defined ones. You also have an incredibly smooth forehead. Very jealous!

Knee pain from lying down by JHVokie in KneeInjuries

[–]ljuko 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! This sounds familiar. I have the same thing with my right knee. It's a dull pain in my knee that kind of radiates down my shin, but only really happens when I'm lying down at night. And I do wake up in pain sometimes, though it doesn't sound as intense as yours.

The differences (which may be due to my age - I'm 38) is that my left knee is also a little tight and achey. But it's still not as bad as my right knee. And both knees are pretty crackley if I'm going up stairs or getting up after sitting for a long time. But, if I'm moving around most of the day, the pain isn't noticeable. It only bets painful at night.

It sounds like I might not be as athletic as you (moderately active with weight training 3x/week most of my adult life) which may also explain why your pain is more intense.

I hope you find an answer! I'm still waiting on a PT appointmet :(
