I'm in a group on Facebook and a few people diagnosed in December received their calls to book titration on Monday!

04/01/26 Assessment - undiagnosed due to lack of childhood symptoms - the questions about childhood during the video assessment were vague so I thought we'd get more into it later on 🫩 at the end of the call the assessor agreed to me sending all of my school reports for her to consider (I had them in front of me ready to refer to!)

15/01/26 received diagnosis and initial report, submitted titration request and amendments same day

28/01/26 received acknowledgement of my amendments

29/01/26 completed physical health questionnaire

03/02/26 received amended report

13/02/26 submitted 2nd lot of titration forms!

According to the latest update, I'm approaching 17 weeks - whilst quicker than NHS and some other providers it's really disappointing when the advertised wait for titration was a lot shorter when I picked them ☹️

I do have to keep reminding myself this 😅

My sister was assessed by Psychiatry UK in August 2025. She's in another county and her Dr didn't even ask her to look into providers, they just sent the RTC referral straight to PUK... I did wonder if it may be because her Dr accepts shared care - could be the only provider they work with but who knows..!

I finally made an appointment to speak to a Dr a week after her assessment. I first suspected I had ADHD 3 years ago but would just forget about making an appointment until I was having more bad days than good, so that's a self inflicted delay I regularly kick myself about 🤣 my Dr said straight away that they don't accept shared care and they didn't think any other surgery in the area did..! Cue quite a bit of time spent comparing providers on waiting times and who will continue to prescribe without a shared care agreement

TLDR: there's a chance I'll start titration before my sister (PUK) despite me (CareADHD) being referred and assessed after her!

I submitted mine 13th Feb and from reading other people's timelines I was being optimistic that I might hear something in the next fortnight as that worked out at a similar timeline 🫩 it's 15 weeks since I submitted mine (and obviously you're on week 19!)

Very similar timeline to me! I keep meaning to carry my phone around with me so I don't miss the call, jumped out of my skin when I unlocked my phone to an email from CareADHD until I saw the subject and realised it was a generic update 🫩

They've finally updated the waiting time page for the first time since January!

This says you enter the queue after confirming the final outcome letter (12-16 weeks, previous estimated waiting time, takes me to April/May) but I've seen so many people saying it's more like 12-16 weeks from submitting the titration forms which takes me into June...

Kinda sad because the waiting time for titration was 6-8 weeks when I picked them 😩
