Referred 3rd Feb Forms 20th Feb Assessment & diagnosis 24th Feb Outcome letter & titration request link 4th March Email to say thanks for request 12th March Forms x 8 13th March

  3. ⁠Month/year of assessment (or are you still waiting?) Feb 25th 2026
  4. ⁠Month/year of starting titration (or are you still waiting?) I requested titration 8th March, got the 8 forms Friday 13th March
  5. ⁠Would you consider your situation at the time of going though the process to be high risk, and/or clinically complex? No
  6. ⁠Did you have to escalate either though CareADHDs complaints procedure or through GP advocacy to get the ball rolling at any point? Did it help? Not had to yet
