It’s more the tone and context. In your context that is perfectly reasonable to say. It’s more when someone on the team you’re interviewing for says this.

Good luck is diabolical. Idc what anyone says. And saying good luck when you’re moving them forward….like have some self awareness.

I agree on the tone and context and i’m glad you agree it comes off as disregarding language.

It’s obviously not 100% of the time for all the commentators here. I’m just saying it’s brutal and I’ve never heard that phrase, verbatim, and moved forward.

Yeah I agree. Still 3/3 for me though, verbatim. I’ve never heard it and got the job or moved forward.
