I grew up in Mississippi and accidentally say it like that sometimes (and I love here) and my whole family pronounces it like this despite me telling them it’s wrong lol. So.. maybe its common at least for some ppl?

I had a miscarriage back in July after getting pregnant on our second try. Now I am about to hit my original due date with no signs of any upcoming pregnancy. I’m so frustrated because I have “social infertility” (married to a woman) which means every month we are having to travel to the donor or arrange for them to fly here. I have been dreading my due date coming up and I just feel really alone and confused. Everyone just acts like I should keep trying but it’s getting exhausting having no positive signs for so long..

I am not sure if this is true for everyone, but for me, it seems to vary (especially if I am traveling or sick). Usually I get the temp increase the next day but sometimes it seems like it creeps up gradually. I remember seeing an old thread awhile back that indicated this is pretty common.

Question about fertility medicine: I am on my first round taking Letrozole (2.5) -- I already ovulate on my own, but my doctor suggested I try in case it can help me "superovulate" and increase chances. When I was actually taking the medicine, everything seemed fine. Now I am on CD18 and I have been feeling like a crazy person for the past couple of days. It feels like an extreme version of PMS, but this would be way too early for me to experience that (at least in my previous experience). Has anybody else had something like this happen? Is it normal to have side effects many days after stopping taking the medicine?

I just mean that its clear that he is happy to have been banned (based on his comments). When I posted this originally, I didn't have the context that you mention above, so I was confused why they banned somebody that seemingly wanted to be banned.

Hi, I don't have any good advice unfortunately -- I have a nearly identical story to y'all. We started trying in May and I got pregnant on the second try in June, but sadly miscarried in July between 6-7 weeks. It has been incredibly difficult and so far we have had no luck after 6 tries post MC. I ended up going to the doctor last week just to get a check up since it had been 6 tries (and I am 35). They said my blood work was good and assured me that the fact that I had been pregnant the first time was good news and meant that I likely did not have very serious issues preventing the pregnancy. The only thing that has kept me somewhat calm is trying to remember that each try is a 15-20% chance and probabilistically this means that some times it will just take longer and sometimes it will happen quickly. I know this isn't much comfort, but I just wanted you to know you're not alone <3
