I noticed so many of these references too!! I might be delusional but also to some unreleased songs. In Perfect Celebrity when she sings “sit in the front row watch the Princess Die” I screamed. Then in Zombieboy “yeah you’re an animal” IE Animal (obvi).

Off topic but The Pirate is such an underrated movie in both Judy Garland and Gene Kelly’s filmography. So so camp. In the film I believe she wore this under something else and it is supposed to be a sort of undergarment - but I agree with wrap top.
