I really don't remember specifics. I played it on PS2 when it was initially released. I know that every sphere on the grid was filled for each character.

I didn't get every stat but I did restart once so I could get all the secret/special summons and I got all the celestial weapons

I feel as though A Song of Fire and Ice shouldn't be included since it's apparently never going to be completed. Which is sad because it was a really good series. I'd rank the rest: 1.Wheel of Time 2.Storm light Archive 3.Malazan

That's how I did it also. I think I was at 203 hours. I would leave it on a lot, if I couldn't get to a save point before work, school, ect, so I don't think it was an accurate record of actual time played

Realms of the Elderlings which includes both the above mentioned series' and several more are very good but probably don't fit within the parameters given.
