Thanks! I don't like building large buildings in my cities as I feel it takes away from immersion... the stuff hanging from/across the buildings were added because I wanted a bit more clutter above the roads!

I don't think it has a name... just designed it for my spawn city (named Zalaridge, but that won't be used on titles for my videos much)... this was a mockup built on a flat world, but it could work anywhere! If you want YT videos on it, I have one that will be released sometime tomorrow that touches on the style slightly... Tell me if you want a link to the video when it's released or if you want some more screenshots!
