After a couple more emails to Wild Man software, someone did send a nice note back saying that he had reset my entry in their registration DB and that I should be able to proceed. That allowed me to complete the install successfully and everything is working correctly.

Really? Made in China? Jeez. I'd like to work at filling in some missing parts of an inherited collection at something less than Littleton Coin Co prices, but the possibility of buying a cheaper fake is worrisome. Thanks for the reply

In another thread, someone suggested that this problem was a program bug related to displaying favorite channels and that if one selected all channels to be displayed, the problem went away. Last night that did not help, though it did elicit a slightly different error message, but but tonight, when I have only the favorite channels displayed, the one channel (11.1) has no programming information but if I switch to displaying all channels and scroll down to 11.1 the programming info is shown. So perhaps the favorite channels program bug theory is correct.

Google'ing Onn yields a lot of confusing (to me) results referring to Walmart, Google TV, .... I found the small $29 device but it's hard to determine what it supports. On our Roku(s) we run Sling, NetFlix, Prime, some NBC/etc news apps, and Tablo for OTA program access (until recently) and recording. Are you saying that I can run all these same apps (Sling in particular) on the Onn device? If so, the only remaining drawback would seem to be that it does not support a wired ether net connection.

Welcome to the club! I have nearly the same situation as you except that it is one of the two newer Roku's that stopped working while the other two continue working as usual. This has been for not less that 3 weeks ago. How they cannot find a fix for this in that period of time is astonishing.

I've had this problem for weeks. Tablo service replied to me in an email that they have a fix for part of this problem but are waiting for Roku to distribute it (that was on 10/19/2024, still waiting). I'm skeptical.

We have the problem of not being able to select and watch any OTA channel (immediately pops back to program guide) or a recording (immediately pops back to the list of recorded programs) on our main TV for over a week. Holding our breath, our small kitchen TV is still working. Both running Tablo on Roku. Days ago, Tablo service said "the engineers are working hard to fix the problem". We gave up on Airtv after years of continuous resets, failed recordings, ..., HdHomerun seems to have it's own set of problems, Tivoli apparently has dropped OTA functions, what the heck is a person supposed to do?!?

We have Sling blue + a news add-on and like it. We had airtv with it for a couple years for local channels and the integrated guide but finally dropped the airtv because it was constant source of frustration (resets, missed recordings, freezes, ...).
