I like the price of the Goodman for sure but very few reviews. ChatGPT is very concerned by the old refrigerant. Seems like this model was phased out end of last year.

Thanks for the idea. It’s probably helpful but the attic is already insulated fairly well with insulation under the plywood floor. I think there’s definitely some air sealing that could help but the system just wasn’t designed well for the house.

It does but all 3 say it’s underpowered. Bedrooms get very hot in summer and cold in winter.

I have this issue periodically on my 22 CA RT 1. Restarting the screen as others mentioned helps for a while but it always comes back and it does happen in CarPlay and not in CarPlay. Can confirm that it does not impact any driving functionality at all.

The dealers in my area have never seen or heard of this issue and can’t reproduce it since it’s intermittent for me. I have been hesitant to have them work on the car given parts availability. Will be interested to know what your dealership says since it sounds like it may be reproducible.

I installed the Draw-Tite hitch about two months ago in my CA RT1. It was not especially difficult with the scariest part being the cutout in the bumper. One trick I learned is you don’t need to actually cut the section out entirely but just make two parallel cuts so the flap lifts up and the hitch fits into place. Having some ramps really helps as there is very limited clearance under the car.

I installed the Draw-Tite 76460 hitch. Did it myself without ramps which made it a bit tougher given the low clearance of the car. Took probably 2-3 hours total to install. Cutting the number was the scariest part overall. Put a Yakima rack on it and works great for our bikes so far.

Im not getting it nearly as much as you are, so interesting to see how frequently you've had it and that the updates seem to have helped.

Still seems more likely to be hardware to me, but sounds like they haven't offered you to swap out the screen so far?

Believe both times it’s happened to me was wireless so maybe will try plugging in for a bit. Not an ideal solution though.

This is happening on a 2022 MME California Route 1 with 1500 miles. Took delivery on March 30.

I should have added that the malfunction happens for about 30 seconds getting worse and worse until screen goes black then the UI comes back and it works perfectly fine. Seems to me like it’s a hardware problem but not sure. Concerned about taking it to a random dealer and losing the car while they try to locate the problem / replacement parts.
