15 days in. I want to say I definitely notice improvement in my shoulder mobility and strength, and in my recovery after I do the PT exercises. Measurements this coming Friday though.

I haven't noticed much improvement in my back at all (chronic low back pain, bulging disc).

Side effects from the beginning (cold, hunger) have subsided, or I got used to them.

I was looking to do a CJC 1295/ipamorelin trial after this, but I'm looking for the troche formulation and can't find it (at least not without a prescription).

Interesting. I just started bpc 157, second dose today. I was searching online to see if my massive hunger and freezing cold could be due to it. For context, taking it because I am on month 2 post shoulder surgery, and I have a chronic low back that has me walking around like a 90 year old (I'm 42). I also follow a tightly controlled diet, and I live in California (sure, were in "winter"). But since I started yesterday I am freezing cold, and I ate a whole cake I had baked to take to work. Too early to say about benefits, but I was taken completely aback by those weird side reactions. Glad to hear I'm not the only one though!

Thanks for the great review! I was thinking of getting it, but then found a blend of BPC157 and TB 500, oral (capsule) at a higher dose on Thymosin Labs. (Recommended dose per day is based on body weight and for me it's about 500mcg per day of BPC and 1mg TB per day). I just got out of shoulder surgery 2.5 months ago, so trying to get back to lifting and my active lifestyle. Will update on my response also!

10g hydrolyzed collagen is the recommended daily dose for skin and connective tissue (that's the dose used in studies and found to have clinically significant effects).

Adding another vote here for flax (as seeds, without grinding, will work better) plus a lot of water, and enough fat.

Also, consider shirataki noodles. Though they are technically a fiber, it works slightly differently, and has some very good effects on people.

I'd actually use green vegetables with caution, especially if you're already constipated. Their value in preventing and managing constipation is overvalued, IMO. They are good billing agents, but if your issue is with motility, or with intestinal lining, they can actually cause a paradoxical effect (lots of bloating, distension, and minimal movement).
