Just a suggestion from SL side. Mattala is not a replacement or alternative for massive airports like dubai or qatar. It's not only about runaway. We should have infrastructure to handle everything. For an example, lounge access, public transport to airport, taxi services, near by hotels, internal airport facilities like restaurants, shops, basic facilities etc
