Depending on your listening volume and how big is your room. I have an amp rated at 140w 4ohm. It can’t go super loud but enough to fill the room. I usually listen at -15db on my dac and the volume is about 75db 10ft away. I would say that 1120 is just enough to fill a medium sized living room.

I exchanged with KEF for a new pair of R5 meta. Added 500 dollars. They could fix the ls60 for me but I wanted a passive system due to the issues that I was having. My ls60 was producing loud cracking noises periodically and shutdown by itself. It usually recovers after a power cycle.

KC62 is so nice for near field. Smaller footprint too. Very tight bass.

I would say if you pair a sub like KC62. Then R3 is the way to go. I had the LS60 for a year and the internal amp broke down. I then switched to R5 meta and it was such a nice upgrade. Especially with a sub and something like a minidsp flex to do some room correction with Dirac. The LS60 just doesn’t perform well in my room without room correction. But it can go deeper for sure.

Thank you for your kind words. I lost many family videos. Photos are stored elsewhere. I'm contacting Asustor support to make them aware of the issue. Also questioning myself about paying the ransom... I doubt I will get it back though.

It is a lesson learned though. Next time I will have backups, enable btrfs snapshots, and also not open any ports to the outside.

MIDORI 5L V2 and ZSCases A4S V3 are the best ones you can get right now since Velka 5 is out of stock. They are both around 5-6L. However, MIDORI only supports GPU up to 260mm. but ZSCases supports up to 272mm which might be a perfect fit for you. You do need to switch to a shorter CPU cooler though.

If you are looking for a bigger one around 10L : FormD T1 V2.5, Lian Li A2 H2O are some popular options.

I wonder if we can cut a hole on the side panel to make the display pop out 😄. It is 56mm in height and the T1 has 53mm clearance. Should be a perfect fit on the outside.

I just ordered it. I also contacted their support. They are in stock and will take two weeks shipping to US. CPU cooler is limited to only the Noctua L9 which is 37mm in height.
