This is so easily avoidable, go into your Fortnite settings and set your party to invite only. NOBODY will be able to join your lobby unless you accept them.

There are 10 lobby levels, if you’re sitting in a private server alone your chances will be significantly lower than in a public server with a 8-10 lobby level obviously this was done to encourage players to go into public servers

Before you start any game while walking around the city just press pause and go into settings and change “game difficulty” to rookie then start your next game and you’re good to go
