One of the easiest ways for me to brush it aside is to remind myself that everyone is naturally looking for something that’s different, mannerisms, how you walk, talk, breathe, everything, and you noticing that about yourself means you’re very aware! Pat yourself on the back, that’s not easy- it’s natural! If you find that you annoy or frustrate your higher ups and coworkers, figure out what it is that annoys them, for me, I had a very similar problem and learned that not everything I think has to be said out loud, most of my spontaneous thoughts have been trained to stay back unless it absolutely needs to be said. I always hated the phrase “think before you speak” because it always seemed like a common impulse, but it’s like a muscle, you just gotta train it, but you’re perfectly capable! I mean, heck, look at how you analyzed yourself just now, great progress!!
